Catera began as a passion project on the sun-drenched shores of Sydney’s Northern Beaches. What started as humble weekend gatherings—friends dipping crusty bread into house-made dips and sharing platters of fresh local produce—quickly became the talk of the community. Our founder, a lifelong foodie and beach-lover, would load up their surfboard rack with charcuterie boards and picnic baskets, delivering them by sunrise to catch the perfect morning light.
