Perfect for birthdays, bridal or baby showers, intimate family reunions and more, the Luxe Picnic Experience transforms any outdoor space into a stylish retreat. You’ll arrive to beautifully layered rugs and cushions, low-lying handcrafted wooden picnic tables, crisp linen runners and napkins, elegant crockery and cutlery, plus curated tabletop styling. A personalised signboard adds the finishing touch.
Our package includes complete delivery, expert setup and breakdown of everything you need for up to three hours (additional time can be arranged in advance). Simply show up and celebrate—then leave the packing and cleaning to us.
Food and beverages are not included in the setup price but may be added à la carte from our full catering menu. Travel fees may apply for locations beyond our standard Northern Beaches radius, and permits may be required for some public parks. All prices are exclusive of GST.
