How do I place an order?

Simply visit our online enquiry form or email our team. Provide your event date, guest count, location, and any platter preferences. We’ll send you a detailed quote and confirmation instructions.

Pricing varies by platter type, ingredient selection, and guest numbers. As a guide, allow:

  • Small Group(2–4 person): A$45–A$75 per guest

  • Medium Group(4–6 person): A$55–A$85 per guest.

  • Large Group(6–10 person): A$65–A$100 per guest.

  • Cheese & Charcuterie Boards: Assorted cheeses, cured meats, nuts, fruits, dips and more.

Yes! Whether it’s a backyard birthday, intimate dinner party, or bridal shower at home, we’ll deliver and set up your grazing platters so you can relax and entertain.

We offer flexible delivery windows to suit your schedule:

  • Standard Delivery: 9 am–12 pm or 1 pm–4 pm

  • After-Hours Delivery: Available on request (additional fee may apply)

Can I combine different platter styles in one delivery?

Absolutely. Mix cheese & charcuterie boards, fruit platters, sushi trays, and vegan or gluten-free options to create a diverse grazing experience tailored to your event.

Yes. We include serving utensils, plates, napkins, and labels for each platter. If you prefer premium or branded serveware or eco friendly utensils let us know at booking and we can supply or source accordingly.

very platter is secured in a temperature-controlled box with a non-slip base and food-safe cling wrap. This ensures items stay fresh, in place, and at the correct temperature until unwrapped on arrival.

We require a 50% deposit at confirmation and the balance 5 business days before the event. For last-minute or very large orders, full payment may be requested upfront.

Yes. Our standard service includes delivery, arrangement of platters on your chosen surface, and removal of all packaging at the end. Staffing beyond this (e.g., attendants or chefs) can be added upon request.

We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. Corporate invoicing and purchase orders are welcome—please provide billing details at the time of booking.

We’ll happily collect reusable boards, acrylic trays, and branded serveware. Please let us know at booking if you plan to return items; otherwise, single-use platters and disposables are yours to keep or recycle.

Absolutely. Let us know if you’d like particular cheese varieties, charcuterie labels, seasonal produce, or local artisan items—where available, we’ll source them for your grazing platters. We also offer branded promotional product service.

For food safety, we recommend grazing platters be consumed within 3 hours of setup (2 hours in temperatures above 30 °C). For longer events, we can rotate in fresh platters or use refrigerated display units.

Yes. We offer halal, gluten-free, nut-aware, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, and kosher-style options—just specify your requirements when ordering.

All quotes are itemised and include GST. Any optional extras (staff, equipment hire, after-hours delivery) will be clearly detailed.
